Neil dotted paint on the paper and then dragged with the squeegee producing some glorious pieces. What was particularly clever was his use of colour.

On Saturday 15th July a traffic warden was surprised to find a strange vehicle parked on a double yellow line. He said he checked for a Blue Badge, but couldn’t see one so he issued a parking ticket.
