Co-ordin8 enjoyed a Platinum Jubilee Cream Team on Saturday 28 May at Paignton Parish Church. Here are some pictures from the event.
Only the best! Tommy and Caroline sort the antique china with a smile. ‘How many did you say?!!’
Jenny, Megan and Claire get to grips with sandwiches…
Claire has her nails prepared accordingly.
Christine and Hazel get going with the cream cakes…Rather tempting work.
Here goes.
‘Voilà’
It all comes together and is arranged on stands fit for a Queen!

Tables are laid and bunting is raised…red, white and blue of course.

More cream and jam!

All ready to go.
Mocktails are poured.
And guests start to arrive on the dot at 2pm.

Yikes…we need more fruit for the Mocktails!

The doors to the main hall fly open and everyone gets stuck in whilst Music plays in the background from an assortment of musicians from 1953.
Tina wears a crown!

Friends and professionals from past and present turn up for the event.

So many people support the event including the Algar family.

Rae Deacon and Mum come along with a friend.
Art was supplied to decorate the hall, that Co-ordin8 Art Groups had produced for everyone to enjoy on the day.
Guess who?
Jeanette Brownsell’s ‘Crown Wall Hanging.’
Then there was a raffle. Caroline smith really enjoyed helping with it.

Jenny thanked everyone for attending and supporting the event. It would not have happened without the hard work of all the staff and volunteers on the day and of course the people that came along. The money raised will go towards Co-ordin8.
Prizes drawn at the end. Grace wins one.
