As a celebration for the end of our Arts Council Grant, Co-ordin8 with others are planning a number of art-based activities including a This Is Me – Here I Am exhibition at the Spanish Barn from 16 to 19 March 2020.

Dawn and Trystran run the Tombola Stall! Co-ordin8 Trustée Cindy Stocks on the 100 Club Stall! Helen sells seasonal wreaths made by our students. Wreaths made by our students. A helpful Elf (Neil) sets the scene! Volunteer David and Student Fiona run the cakes stall… all home made! Real Tasty Bargains! Sue Martin sells home made Pickles and Jams! Local Horticulturalist Ken Nichols sells plants grown by our students and also offers plant advice. Students Made Winter Dragon Flies to cheer up plants in pots. Horticultural Group Student Sue Cox runs the plant stall too. Volunteer and Retired Cook ‘Aunty Ann’ keeps the hot tasty treats magically appearing from the oven. A generous donation of 17 local Christmas Trees from the Parish Church turn up on the day! Gemma helps with the Luxury Raffle Hot home made Butternut Squash and Pumpkin Soup made with help from our students. Santa Made an Appearance despite being very busy this time of the year A Local Radio Crew provided sounds, requests and merriment with some vintage classics and new hits too. Hand-made Christmas Cards designed and put together by our students are available for sale (still available and you can buy these from autumn onwards every year!) Co-ordin8 Christmas Card, designed by our student Paul Philips. A kind volunteer runs the ‘Teddy Stall.’ ….an idea from our student ‘Neil Harvey’. The stall provided teddies a new home and family at bargain prices. And don’t forget the birds! Friday Group made bird feeders (a bargain at £2 each) to help the local wildlife get through the chilly months Craft Items made by our students from recycled materials make ideal gifts and are available throughout the year! Craft flowers Teddy has a humorous warning Volunteer ‘Christine’ and student ‘Brian’ look for mince pies!
