Friday Book Review…
The Friday Club Group decided that they would like to review some books. This was done by students choosing from a range of authors and subjects on offer. Students were also given the opportunity to read extracts of their own choice if they liked, or to take part in facets of the story as it developed. Books from down memory lane which later became adapted to cinema were also included by popular demand and video clips were viewed by the group after each of the reading sessions to consolidate the storyline and add to the experience. Once upon a time there was a lovely lady called Fiona who loved doing crafts, unless it was too hot. She loved colouring, eating macaroni, spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne and drinking tea, coffee and juice. But best of all she loved eating cake, especially chocolate cake, but not too much.

Her favourite pop act is West Life, she loves Gary Barlow, but when she was a teenager she loved David Cassidy and Cliff Richards, too.
