This year to reduce plastic and waste the Co-ordin8 Students made their own decorations out of largely compostable and recycled and recyclable materials. The end results were all hung on the Co-ordin8 Christmas Tree on show and as part of the Christmas Tree Festival in Paignton Parish Church.
Hey presto!
Help was at hand to reach the top. Jams, pickles, plants and brick-a-brack were also laid out, ready to sell at the Church’s Christmas Market on Saturday 4th December. The event was a huge success.
The students all really enjoyed taking part in designing and making the decorations and in especially knowing that they were to be hung in a public space for lots of people from the local area to enjoy and cheer up.
